Holiday Carolers wish DASH Joyeux Noël

IMG_0146Madame Grafton’s French II class toasted the holidays, and refined their French language skills by sharing festive carols. The students sang such popular favorites as Jingle Bells among others brightening classrooms around the school today.  Joining in on the fun was Freshman student, Bernard Duran – also known as Santa Claus – who generously helped the Senior Class sell Holiday Grams to fund the 2015 Prom. DASH begins its winter break taking pride in its joyous and generous spirit.

The following details were published today:

On Friday morning, December 19, we will host our annual Senior College Forum for the entire senior class.  It will begin with a breakfast at 8:30 AM.  An announcement will be made in the morning as a reminder to release students.

The forum will consist of 10 senior panelists that were chosen by the program heads to serve as the Moderator Panel.  The Panel will have scripted questions to ask our 10 visiting Alumni so they may share their freshman experiences at various colleges and universities.  There will be a short audience Q&A at the end.

This will be an educational, informational, and open discussion group to enlighten our seniors about transitions to college.  Hearing real life stories from their peers will be especially meaningful.
